How to use the AR function

Thank you for playing "SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI Liberation Dx2".

 
The following is an introduction to the AR function.

How to access AR

‐You can access AR but tapping on the AR button, found to the top right of the Hideout screen.

‐The AR button can also be found on the Demon Info screen, which you can access by tapping on Party on the MENU bar.

How to use 

‐First, find an area to summon a demon. Aim your camera at a flat, open space.
‐Select the demon you wish to summon by tapping on the button to the bottom left and then tap within the blue area to summon.  
‐Tap the camera button at the bottom of the screen to take pictures.
‐Pictures taken with the AR function can be saved onto your device.

Possible issues and solutions

-Demons you possess are not showing up as selectable demons for AR
  ->This may be a filter issue, please try resetting it.
-No demons appear when I tap within the blue area
  ->Please try adjusting the camera to an angle slightly pointing towards the ground.
-The system is unable to pick up the summoning area
  -> Try moving the camera horizontally.
  -> Reset your device.
-I can’t see the demon I summoned
  ->It’s possible that you’re too close to the demon. Please try summoning in a more spacious area from a further distance.

‐AR Compatibility is dependent on the specifications of a device. Some devices may become compatible with AR depending on updates made to the device and/or it's OS.
‐If an "AR" button is shown on the "Hideout" screen, it means your device is compatible with AR. This applies regardless whether your device is on the AR compatible list or not.
‐For AR, you can only summon demons in your possession. 
‐Some devices or OS versions may be incompatible with AR.
‐The information for the above compatible devices are subject to change.
‐Depending on circumstances of use, the AR function might be unstable even though your device is AR compatible.
