The schedule adjustment on Culling period 2

Democalypse has been released as the beta version.
Based on the feedback we received during the culling period 1, we adjusted the event schedule.
"Before Cull" phase will be longer than the period of Culling period 1 so that players can get ready for the battle enough after the detailed information has been announced.
And also, "During Cull" Phase will be shorter than the period of Culling period 1.
We try to improve Democalypse until it will be officially released.
