Activates the following Chain Effect at the start of own turn when downed:
Revive self with full HP and receive 1 additional Press Turn Icon.
This Chain Effect can only be activated once per battle.
Chain Effect of Ce Acatl will not activate when dimensional Quetzalcoatl is revived by Seiran Saikawa's Support Skill "Assist" (Revives an ally with 10% HP.)
This skill will gain 1 Boost Level with each use. Boost Levels will be retained even after being revived with items, skills or Continues.

Boost Level 0: Inflicts Fire (Magic) damage (Power: 100) on all enemies.
Boost Level 1: Increases Power to 120.
