New Armament
The following Armament will be available for Fusion after the data update.
Inflicts Ice (Magic) damage (Power: 160) on a single enemy.
Reduces ATK and EV/AC of all enemies by 20% if the attack is successful. (3 turns)
Adds Ice Pierce.
While the character with this skill is alive, all party members will receive the following effect:
-5% to Fire/Ice damage received.

+5% to Fire damage, -5% to Fire damage received.
