We have confirmed an issue during the current Tokyo Abyss season where, when battling with Dimensional Odin in your party, the battle stops proceeding normally upon using the Skill Gungnir when its Upgrade Level is 2 or above.

We are currently working to resolve this issue.

We have also confirmed that Gungnir can be used without issues when its Upgrade Level is at 1.
For the time being, should you put Dimensional Odin in your party, please refrain from using Gungnir when its Upgrade Level is at 2 or higher.
