4/19 Data Update / Chapter 14 added to Season 2 of the Story!

Implementing data for upcoming events.
Chapter 14 will be added to Season 2 of the Story!
If Chapter 13 in Season 2 of the Story has already been cleared, the icon for Chapter 14 will appear on the Map.
A Title related to Chapter 14 of the Main Story will be added.
Resolving issues.
Issue with the Chat function being disabled during the Demon Alliance Invasion Event.
Problem with all human symbols on the map being grayed out.
As a compensation, we will send "Fame x 2,000" to those who have an account before the data update.
