Decreases the count of Spirit Chains of Indignation applied to the skill holder by 2.
The skill holder will start the battle with Charge, in a state of Might, and with 4 counts of Fortify.
While the one with this skill is alive, all enemies will receive the following effect: +20% to damage taken from Critical hits.
If the skill holder has 1 or more counts of Fortify, they will become the preferential target for single-target enemy skills.
