Activates the following Chain Effect at the start of own turn:
Places the skill holder into a state of Concentrate, Remove Bulwarks from all enemies, then lowers the target's Ice/Elec Attribute Affinity by 2 Level. (1 turn)
While the one with this skill is alive, all party members will receive the following effects:
Increases damage dealt by 10%. Having Concentrate Increases damage dealt by another 40%.
Order Crest: Ocean Palace
Inscribes 2 Order Crest: Ocean Palace on the skill holder when a party member increases their Press Turn Icons, and 1 when it's an ally's turn to act.
For every 2 Order Crest: Ocean Palace Solemnity inscribed on the skill holder, Inflicts Ice or Elec damage (Magic, Power: 150). Has an 80% chance to inflict Bind to enemies that are hit. (The attribute will be selected automatically based on the situation.) Afterward, Order Crest: Ocean Palace Solemnity will fade.
While the skill holder is alive : +2 MP to natural MP recovery for all party members, and +30% damage received to skills that target all or random enemies for all enemies.
