An issue where certain Active Skills of "The Hero," "Heroine," "Law Hero," and "Chaos Hero" may become Level 1 when logging in under specific conditions

We have confirmed an issue where, for users who were in the following states before the data update on Feb 12, the Active Skill level tier may reset to 1 upon logging in:
　・The Hero: Users with "Summon: Cu Chulainn" set
　・Heroine: Users with "Summon: David" set
　・Law Hero: Users with "Summon: Pale Rider" set
　・Chaos Hero: Users with "Summon: Daisoujou" set

For users affected by the above issue, we are considering additional measures separately.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you log in after the emergency data update, no new occurrences of this issue will happen. However, for customers who experienced this issue before the emergency data update, the issue remains in effect, so we are considering additional measures separately.

Regarding this issue, it is difficult to restore the affected skill levels to their state before the issue occurred, and doing so would likely take a significant amount of time. We determined that this would cause further inconvenience to our customers.
As an alternative measure, we will distribute the necessary Kasane Magatama required to restore the skill levels to their pre-issue state.

We apologize for the trouble, but please use the distributed Kasane Magatama to raise the skill levels again. Thank you for your understanding.
