Adds Fire/Ice Pierce.
+20% to Fire/Ice damage.
+50% to own effect on Battle Speed.
Decreases the count of Spirit Chains of Intimidation/Indignation applied to the skill holder by 1.
Activates the following Chain Effect when attacking first at the start of battle: Increases the party's Press Turn Icons by 1.
Order Crest: Punishment
Inscribes 2 Order Crest: Punishment on the skill holder when it becomes the skill holder's turn to act, and 1 when a party member strikes a weak point.
For every 2nd Order Crest: Punishment inscribed on the skill holder, the following effects will activate: Casts Tarukaja+ on all party members (1 turn), then casts Rakunda+ on all enemies. (1 turn)
Afterward, Order Crest: Punishment will fade.
