For every 2nd Order Crest: Fortune inscribed on the skill holder, the following effects will activate: Lowers the Force Attribute Affinities of all enemies by 2 level (1 turn), then places into a state of Super Gloom (1 turns), then add 2 counts of Decay, Inflicts Force damage (Physical, Power: 70) 3 times (Total Power: 210) on all enemies.
Afterward, Order Crest: Fortune will fade.
