About the fixed issue

[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the weekly Rainbow Droplets acquisition limit does not reset properly

In Aura Gate 0, we have confirmed an issue where the Rainbow Droplets acquisition limit did not reset at 3/2 04:00(JST).
This issue was fixed in today's Temporary Data Update.
After the fix, the acquisition limit reset will function properly starting from the next reset timing: 3/9 04:00(JST).
Please note that we plan to provide compensation at a later date.

[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the acquisition rate of Rainbow Droplets was different from the intended value

In Aura Gate 0, we have confirmed an issue where the acquisition rate of Rainbow Droplets was not working as intended: it was 100% when you had 1 or more demons with an SP Effect, and 0% when you had 0 demons with an SP Effect.
This issue was fixed in today's Temporary Data Update.
After the fix, the rates will be changed to match the Rainbow Droplets drop-rate bonus used in existing content:
　0 demons: 1%
　1 demon: 5%
　2 demons: 25%
　3 demons: 55%
　4 or more demons: 90%
Please note that we plan to provide compensation at a later date.

[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the text for SP Effect [Rainbow] was incorrect

In Aura Gate 0, we have confirmed that there were errors in the description text for SP Effect [Rainbow].
　- For "Increases the amount of Rainbow Droplets obtained," the correct wording is "Increases the acquisition rate of Rainbow Droplets," and we have corrected this text.
　- The text also stated that the protagonist (Iron Mask) has SP Effect [Rainbow] throughout the entire period; however, this was incorrect, so we have removed it from the text.
　- Since the reset date/time for the Rainbow Droplets acquisition limit was not included, we have added it.
This issue was fixed in today's Temporary Data Update.

[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the Mental recovery scheduled to occur daily at 04:00(JST) may not occur

Normally, Mental is designed to recover to its maximum every day at 04:00(JST). However, we have confirmed an issue where, if certain conditions were met, the recovery would not occur.
This issue was fixed in today's Temporary Data Update.
After the fix, it will function properly starting with the Mental recovery at Sat, 3/7, 04:00(JST).
We also plan to provide compensation at a later date.

[Aura Gate 0] Issue where an error may occur when opening Interstice Silver Chest or Interstice Gold Chest

We have confirmed an issue where an error may occur when opening the Interstice Silver Chest or Interstice Gold Chest.
This issue was fixed in today's Temporary Data Update.

[Aura Gate 0] Partial improvements for an issue where you may be unable to switch equipped Talismans

We have confirmed an issue on the Talisman equipment screen where the currently equipped Talisman may not be displayed, and in that case, you may be unable to use "Equip" or "Remove."
As a temporary measure for this issue, we have implemented a change so that the "Equip" action can still be performed even when this issue occurs.
Please note that we plan to continue working on a fix for the issue where the equipped Talisman is not displayed, as well as the issue where "Remove" cannot be performed, at a later date.

Regarding compensation and our apology for these issues

In Aura Gate 0, we will be providing compensation and an apology for the repeated inconvenience and concern caused by the issues related to Rainbow Droplets.
The details of the compensation and apology are as follows.

■Compensation
・[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the weekly Rainbow Droplets acquisition limit did not reset properly
・[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the acquisition rate of Rainbow Droplets was different from the intended value -- specifically, the issue where the acquisition rate was 0% when you had 0 demons with an SP Effect

　For the above two issues, we will provide compensation at a later date.
　We will compensate the Rainbow Droplets that should have been obtainable during the period from 3/2 04:00(JST) to 3/9 03:59(JST).
　The number of Rainbow Droplets to be compensated will be determined based on the number of demons with an SP Effect you owned during the applicable period, and the number of battle victories in Aura Gate 0.
　Therefore, the amount of Rainbow Droplets you receive will vary by player. Thank you for your understanding.
　※The maximum number of Rainbow Droplets that may be compensated is 2,000.

・[Aura Gate 0] Issue where the Mental recovery scheduled to occur daily at 04:00(JST) may not occur

　For users whose Mental did not recover, we will provide the following compensation at a later date:

　1) Compensation for the amount of Mental that did not recover
　　- We will compensate Giga Almond Latte × (number of days it did not recover) × 1.
　　- In addition, if you purchased the Aura Gate 0 Pass during the same period, we will compensate an additional Giga Almond Latte × (number of days it did not recover) × 1.

　2) Compensation for uncompleted Daily Mission:
　　Clear Condition: Consume 20 Mental / Reward: Interstice Gleaming Chest ×1
　　- If this issue occurred and you were unable to complete the Daily Mission on the applicable day(s), we will compensate Interstice Gleaming Chest × (number of times the Daily Mission could not be completed) × 1.
　　- In addition, if you purchased the Aura Gate 0 Pass during the same period, we will compensate the following items for the number of times the Daily Mission could not be completed:
　　　Occurrences on or before 3/3: Interstice Gleaming Chest
　　　Occurrences on or after 3/4: Radiant Interstice Gleaming Chest
　　Note: On 3/4, we corrected the Daily Mission reward for Aura Gate 0 and provided compensation.

　3) Compensation for uncompleted Weekly Mission:
　　Clear Condition: Consume 120 Mental / Reward: B Coins ×150
　　- If this issue occurred and you were unable to complete the Weekly Mission, we will compensate B Coins ×150 (for 1 week).
　　- In addition, if you have purchased the Aura Gate 0 Pass, we will compensate an additional B Coins ×150.

・[Aura Gate 0] Issue where retreating or being wiped out in battle causes Aura Gate 1/2 stamina to decrease by 10

　For the period until this issue is fixed, we will provide compensation at a later date in the form of Gate-Aid equivalent to (total number of retreats and wipes in Aura Gate 0) × 10 Aura Gate stamina.
　Please note that 1 Gate-Aid will be calculated as equivalent to 400 stamina, and any fractions will be rounded up when distributing the compensation.
