Regarding an issue in Democalypse Season 154 where scores are treated as 0 and cannot be earned properly
Thank you for always playing "SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI Liberation Dx2".
1. About the issue
We have confirmed an issue in Democalypse Season 154 where some players' earned scores in Democalypse are being treated as 0.
For anti-cheat measures, we had preconfigured a score threshold (cap) in advance.
However, some players exceeded the preset threshold and reached the anti-cheat detection line, causing scores that should have been added to not be added and instead be counted as 0.
In addition, players who earned scores far beyond our expectations may not have had their scores added correctly, and may also have been flagged as cheaters in-game, which could have prevented proper distribution of the rewards they should have received. We sincerely apologize.
2. About customer support responses
We have also confirmed that we provided incorrect responses to players who contacted us about this issue.
This issue was caused by an anti-cheat function, and we apologize for the confusion caused by the incorrect responses.
We also apologize for the delay in our responses and handling up to this point.
3. Rankings and compensation
In response to this issue, we will recalculate the rankings for the top 3% bracket for both Individual/Faction rankings.
As a result, we will distribute the reward difference to players who should have received Ranking Rewards.
We will also publish the recalculated top 3% rankings as an addendum to this notice on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
4. Closing
We will address the ranking recalculation and compensation distribution as quickly as possible.
